Trouble is the debut album from hip-hop singer Akon released on 29th June 2004 with the shaking up single "Locked Up".
While appeared on the hip-hip stage for the first time, Akon has demonstrated his own unique blend of rap, hip-hop and even a hint of ragga thrown in for good measure.
Konvicted
Released on 21th November 2006, the album Konvicted proves Akon's ready to get the leading role on the hip-hop stage. Akon blew up Jersey, Jamaica, and continents beyond (Africa, most notably) with his reedy voice; his wait-a-beat delivery enhances his high-flying hooks. The acknowledgment of singer's inimitable talent are a Grammy nod for "Smack That" (featuring Eminem), a No. 1 single with "I wanna love you" (featuring Snoop Dogg), sales in the millions; both of this great singles are at the top list of the album Konvicted along with "Tired of Runnin" and "Shake Down".
